From 03.03. to 14.03. the Berlin gallery Kunst40 shows the solo exhibition "Watching Me Watching You" by Max Ruebensal.

The contemporary artist reflects in his works on symbolism, identity, pop culture and the ever-growing digitalization of our everyday lives. In the exhibition the Berlin-based will show not only his well-known, large-scale eye artworks, but also many of his recent works dealing with the theme of identity.

Ruebensal works combine conceptual approaches from his past as a sculpture and installation artist with his characteristically experimental and process-oriented art practice. They reflect his attempt to make sense of a world that is changing faster than we can grow into it or adapt to it.
